mmk61 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between players who use the mmk61 platform (https://mmk61.win) and its services, and mmk61. From the moment you register an account or play on the platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to all of these terms.

Please read this document carefully. If you disagree with any point, stop using the platform before proceeding. mmk61 reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice, and continued use of the platform will be taken as acceptance of any updates.

1.1 Eligibility and Restrictions

Only those who meet all of the following criteria are eligible to register an account at mmk61—

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be a legal resident in Myanmar.
• Must not be accessing from a region or country restricted by the platform.
• Must not have self-excluded (Self-Exclusion).

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account at mmk61. If duplicate accounts sharing the same personal information are found, mmk61 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any remaining balances.

1.3 Accurate Information

The name, phone number, and payment details entered at registration must be accurate and belong to you personally. mmk61 reserves the right to close any account registered with false information and to forfeit any remaining balance.

2.1 Deposit Methods

mmk61 currently accepts the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks and withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the player's own payment account.
• mmk61 does not allow transfers to third parties.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• Daily withdrawal limits may apply within a 24-hour business period. You can check these limits via mmk61 Live Chat.

2.3 Currency

All amounts on the platform are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. When converting from a foreign currency to Kyat, exchange rate differences may occur and these are the player's responsibility.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit, you can receive a 100% bonus up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus winnings, the wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount.

3.2 Bonus Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once during the welcome bonus period.
• A bonus must be linked to a single player and a single payment account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only permitted once the wagering requirement has been met.

• mmk61 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion with prior notice.

3.3 VIP Cashback Program

The mmk61 VIP program has the following four tiers—

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Your tier will increase as your play progresses, and cashback will be credited as bonus funds. The wagering requirement on credited cashback is 25x the bonus amount.

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Players must not carry out any of the following activities on the platform—

• Using software bots or automated tools to play
• Coordinating with other players to claim multiple bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
• Using arbitrage strategies to circumvent bonus requirements
• Deposit and withdrawal activity that constitutes money laundering
• Threatening or harassing mmk61 staff or other players
• Allowing another person to use your account

4.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above violations are found, mmk61 has the right to act without prior notice—

• Immediate closure of the relevant account
• Forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them
• Legal action may be taken in cases where withdrawals exceed the original deposit amount

5.1 Closure Requested by the Player

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, contact mmk61 Live Chat. Any remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method, and bonus funds on the closed account will not be refunded.

5.2 Suspension by mmk61

mmk61 may suspend service when these terms are violated, when legal investigations are required, or when a player requests it because they can no longer control their gambling.

5.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives can request Self-Exclusion through mmk61 Live Chat. In this case, the player's account will be permanently closed and bonus-related emails will also be stopped.

Your account login credentials (password/PIN) must be kept confidential. mmk61 is not responsible for any losses that occur as a result of sharing them with others.

mmk61 is not liable for losses caused by software errors, server outages, network delays, or external events beyond mmk61's control that occur on the platform.

Games, football betting odds, and payments on the platform may change without prior notice, so please check before placing a bet.

Settled bets or game results cannot be reversed after a game is completed. If a game is incomplete, please contact us via Live Chat and our team will investigate.

If a dispute arises between a player and mmk61, please follow the process below—

1. Step 1: Contact mmk61's 24/7 Live Chat and submit the dispute in a clear, readable format. Our team will aim to respond within 24 hours.
2. Step 2: If the issue cannot be resolved via Live Chat, send a detailed description of the problem to [email protected]. Our team will investigate.
3. Step 3: If betting transaction data and game records can be provided, mmk61 will issue a final decision.

mmk61's game records and server data will be considered the definitive evidence in resolving any dispute.

mmk61 may amend these terms and conditions at any time. If any changes are made, the last updated date on this page will be revised, and players can receive notifications via Live Chat or their account.

Continuing to play after an amendment is made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

If any situation arises that is not covered by these terms and conditions, it will be resolved by mmk61's service management team, and their decision will be considered final.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

mmk61's services, software, content, and data are the intellectual property of mmk61 and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Violations may result in legal action.
